Went to see this last year. The single story extension at the back needs to be pulled down. The EA at the time volunteered this. So distorts the €/sq ft figure somewhat.
Aside from this, the whole house needed serious updating. Also, overlooked by next door and two houses on bushy park road. Not overlooked from directly behind.

Good location, detached, 3 miles from grafton street.

This wasn’t around for a while -looks a bit tidier now and back on the market at nearly 50k less at 950k.

patch up job methinks - if they had dropped it to 900K this time last year and kept the 50k they spent doing it up, it might have got it.
