10 Dundrum Castle House, Dundrum (-50k)

This one appears to have it’s own website

Was 400k

dundrumcastle.com/

Now 385k

myhome.ie/search/property.asp?id=PFWID337043

Still at 400k here (presumably to help cover the decicated website hosting costs)
dundrumcastle.com/

Maybe it was sold and the “dedicated selling solution” (might see if I can make some money out of that) is still knocking around.

The domain expires next week so we’ll see.

I valued a one-bed from this development some years back
Reasonably good location, but so small.
I really feel sorry for people who live in shoeboxes such as these.

So

with one bedroom apartments in Tallaght for less than 200k

is it worth €200k extra (plus interest to live in Dundrum)

350K for a one bed apartment? Is this a trick question?

Dundrum is not what it once was. Getting more like Tallaght every day.

Sale Agreed.

On market again.

Deal cancelled or new landlord do it?
