Bog standard 3 bed house for over 10 times average wage.
Yup … we’ve definately turned the corner.

Would very close proximity to Rosemount flats and 50 recently built council houses have any bearing on the price?

What do you think the average salary is in Dublin? The last time I saw actual survey data (versus silly newspaper reports or other “wet finger in the air” attempts) it was 45k. This would still make this house over 8 times so seems too high.

Dublin is definately higher then the national average.
But how much of that was overtime/bonus/shares/other incentives, which is now most likely gone ?
