Agent doesn’t specify, but last time around in 2007 (when measurements were to be taken with a pinch of salt) the entire supposedly extended to about 2000sqft, making this c. €460/sqft requiring either “refurbishment throughout” (according to the agent) if left as two separate units or practically totally reconstructing to reconvert to a single family home. Seems very pricy to me, but god knows the Ranemaniacs will be salivating over the prospect of a period, brick-fronted home.
