€250k one bed house in north strand…

do I really want to pay 150k premium to buy a one bed apartment with management fee in spencer dock?

Not saying it’s where it’ll end up yet but it is a house … with it’s own fron door… not the best area but then spencer dock is as of yet an unknown quantity …
