Bedrooms are a bit on the small side, though. (Small master, and one box room).
And the garden is south-easterly rather than ‘southerly’.
Like the big driveway and the green areas within the estate.
Not exactly walking distance to anywhere but it’s a nice area nonetheless.
I have to agree - it looks very well finished and well presented, and the agent has done a good job in making the most of it (some other agents could take note). For the relatively small size of the house, they seem to have made the most of their space - in the absence of having the space for an ensuite, they even managed to fit in a shower room downstairs to help avoid those peak-time queues.
Actually - is this another example of an “end of terrace” house labelled as a semi-d (as per this thread)?
