I almost bought on this street in early 2013. Sale agreed but survey showed house was a serious health hazard from damp (not visible, as covered up by builder lads) and had a potentially significant subsidence problem. I am not saying that there is anything wrong with this house or others on the street but get a proper engineers survey before purchasing.

Planning lodged on this one for a big refurb. Looks like it needed more work than was immediately obvious:
