And I thought nobody cared!
12 Gulistan Terrace, Dublin 6
I think its too much. Early 300s maybe? were still near the bottom of the interest rate cycle remember
I think low 300s too. I went to see this and there was an old woman sniffing glue right outside the door of the house. It’s really a weird area beside the recycling centre and then the strange back lane to Rathmines. Didn’t like it at all.

That seems suspiciously cheap for no. 1. AFAIK it it had an AMV of €625k and sold at auction.
No 1 sold at auction for 660k. 2 bidders.
Needed in the region of 50k spent straight away to make it livable and in time a proper renovation and one story extension would have cost 200k plus. Will eventually make a great house but will cost no less than 900k+ and will probably never be bigger than 1800sq ft.
No 1 back for sale at €850K - lovely house and garden but the road sounds like an issue.
what do you mean by the road? the bring centre at the end? do you think it would pose an issue?
I’m quite interested in this house but I really wouldn’t want to be living on a busy road!
Offer of 850k on number 1 after the first viewing! looks like it will go for way over the asking. Obviously people aren’t too concerned about the road…
I would have thought 850k seemed like a lot of money for a house that size. would love to hear other’s thoughts
Number 12 back up for 985k. Any thoughts on the price given is this is, arguably, not quite a 3-bed?
I cannot see this achieving asking of 985k. I would guess it will sell for closer to 900k.
Number 4 sold for €1m in 2019 - looks like a much nicer house, with (albeit smaller) south facing garden, although I can’t see what was it’s exact size?
