a rare phenomenon in this area…a price drop! Sure to get the Ranelista’s talking on here.
Is is just of such a poor quality that it cannot garner any interest at all. Though that does’nt seem to have stopped other houses in Ranelagh having stampedes in to view and bid

i think it has two things that in ranelagh are often missing - it has space for one car to park off street and a relatively long garden.

also it has potential to create a larger living area downstairs, getting more light into the house.
