148 is across the road and seems to be better value with side entrance etc.
My ex bought a house on that road back in 2003 for €185,000. That was a 2-bed with kitchen extension and side entrance…pretty much the same as no. 148 except the “3rd bedroom” was the very small bathroom!
Assuming 900 sq ft small 3 bed ] , €222/sq foot , no BER
No 147 is still asking 199,950
No 148 has now dropped to 175,000
