757 Euro Per Sq Ft for an apartment that is 350 sq ft. Barely room to sneeze! Why don’t they show us a photo of the sitting room? They have a picture of the tiny kitchen, looks clean and the tiny toilet, also looks cleans. This is a place to crash a few nights a week if you work in town and live else where, 350 sq ft 
I am sure there is a service change as well, no mention of that? My guess is the place is worth 125K, which would bring it down to around 360 Euro Per Sq Ft.
