According to the ad…
… so I make it €294 per square foot. But we won’t fall out over it. Represents a price close enough to what I would expect the market to be willing to pay at present so I would be surprised if this was still on the market in six months.
I love the detailed amenities around mentioned in the ad… especially last one… I am not sure if that is everyday needs

Anyone have thoughts on this property? Is it in good nic? Still not sold. From the myhome review the main negatives I see are that’s it’s a main road, you overlook the dart and small back garden.
