Whats that area like? The house is nice. I would buy it for 250

The immediate area is fine, but it is close to Dolphins Barn. IMO it’s just about far enough away not to get much hassle. It’s also within walking distance to city centre (about half an hour to Stephens Green).
How close it is to Parnell Road might need to be considered. Parnell Road is very busy and noise from traffic could be a factor, including sirens at all hours from vehicles from Dolphins Barn Fire Station and James Hospital using the Canal Road. Also traffic along the Canal can be slow at peak times.
