165 Raheny Road - Vendor almost sold in July. Fell through due to them putting planning permission in to their own property (next door). 165 Took off the market until plans granted. Now back up. House needs full reno and some work completed is not up to code.
Planning ref -WEB1472/20. Huge double and single extension which would ruin the garden of 165 Raheny road.

That is all publicly available information, that any potential buyer would surely be aware of this and make their decision to buy (or not) based on that?
