Beware of this one. A girl in work went to view last week and was going to put in offer at the asking price of 250k.
Auctioneer called her and said the seller was RAISING the price 50k! I doubt If he was ever going to sell at 250k. I think he was deliberatly advertising the house low to generate interest and hope people would bid against each other and it would go up. Think this guy still thinks he’s living in 2005!!! Does he not know what is going on outside in the real world? Scammer. Booooooo booooo
