And they didn’t bother to change the text in the description …

€5691 per sq m (700000/123)
€528 per sq ft (700000/1325)

Correct 900k still detailed in the text. Attention to detail by EA ??

And they wonder why they have difficulty selling houses. If they struggle with the add and make mistakes of this size can you imagine the mistakes that are being made with bookings etc.

This was going for 1.1 m as per myhome.ie email alert I have as of 14-Feb-08. Unfortunately can’t find record on the web but approx 36% drop

Now €645k:myhome.ie/106454

Number 8 looking for €525k:

myhome.ie/residential/brochu … -6/1259318

Good comparison, they look almost identical. Er, except the price.

Number 8 is a rather gorgeous wee house, right beside Rathgar Village. I can see people being very tempted at the €450,000 level for this. Trader downers from, say, Orwell Road who could nab €1m+ for their grand pile might like that half mill sitting in the bank and this lovely small, low maintenance, cosy house beside Bijou, Coleman’s, the new Superquinn and the Vineyard. Very civilised indeed.

That said, anyone who’s every tried to get a car up Wesley Road, or park on it, will know it’s a rather hairy experience. No chance with the Bentley.

Larry! Snap out of it! Your D6 fetish is fast becoming something rather disturbing. Once upon a it was quite sweet.

Number 8 is now Sale Agreed:

How does €416,250 grab you Larry?

The past is like a different country sometimes!!!

Current offer of €610k on this.

EA is playing silly buggers, as you’d expect. Or isn’t very good, at best. Asking price of €595k on myhome, and has been on for weeks. The attached brochure must be from a few years ago as asking price on that is €700k! Reloaded to Daft today with asking price of €645k, presumable on foot of the €610k offer. But hasn’t changed on myhome. Very odd.

A lot of money for a terraced house, with a small patio, on an incredibly narrow road where someone bumping into your car is inevtiable, as is not being able to actually get a space.

Back on the merry go round…
