Anyone who thinks the madness is ending just needs to look at this to see that there is still a way to go.

Orlagh is a bog-standard - maybe even ugly - estate a long way from town in an area still suffering from poor public transport and poor roads. The best that can be said of it is that it is nicely middle-class and aspirational, so is probably not overrun with hoodies and drug dealers. Which I suppose is the least you could expect for the guts of a million quid.
