What benefits are available to first time buyers of a PPR in 2019? Thanks.
Off the top of my head:
-lower minimum deposit required of 10% vs 20% for 2nd time or more buyers
-20K max tax refund from Revenue if you buy a new build
Other benefits in theory like
-being able to close a purchase quicker vs if you already had a house, you are in a chain waiting to sell yours before you move to another house
-prices are currently flat esp in Dublin, so no massive incentive yo buy now. Means you can keep saving (less rent) and have a smaller mortgage
