While not my style, this is not a bad house or location.
1,429 Sq. Feet @ €675k
€472 per sq ft
JB : that’s listed as 1332 sq foot, making it €488/sq foot, no BER
This one is now leading the charge downwards for the 4 beds in Holywell. Number 91 which is similar is still on at 775k so they are in severe denial, Number 32 which is smaller is 635k and Number 124 which is similar but marginally bigger is on at 725k. As I posted before, a friend bought one of these mock-Tudor 4 beds for 580k in Oct 2002 so we are undoubtedly now at those prices if not lower for this development. It just shows you what a bit of competition does to the current market…Number 177 (smaller 3 bed mid terrace) is now on at 470k so these two houses are tag teaming the charge downwards and the others will have to follow if they want to have any hope of selling…
Must have pasted details from another property.
Floor Area 124sqm / 1,332sqft (Net internal) Nice to see this clarification, @ €595k
€447 per sq ft
no. 203 is featured at 575k on page 3 of today’s Sunday Business Post property supplement.
Wow no 177 asking only 470K
And to think I know a poor couple who paid over 400K plus stamp duty in 2006 for a tiny 2 bed flat in the middle of nowhere
I know people in Holywell and it is a very smart professional estate near the LUAS and all that in Dundrum.
2002 prices are fast approaching - alot of people must be sweating with fear of being in negative equity. [gleeful smiley removed by moderator - mambo]
