Hi there,

This relates to different houses. Both in Marlfield, one is Lawn and other is Place.

I used to rent up there, and the house was sold in mid 440’s last summer. 21 Marlfield Place is in better condition, ie decorative, but is the exact same house, and this shows a €60K drop in asking price, and they probably wont achive the asking price.
