Small garden, number 20. I know the agent, he’s good. It might achieve around 450k if they’re lucky although I would not pay that for this house.
6 Rocwood (looks like a similar spec house on streetview) was for sale in 2006. Would be interesting to know what that was asking, but can’t find anything via Google.
