Absolutely. Best BD around too !!!

It’s rather a large drop for a house that only went up around Autumn, if memory serves me correct.
Circa 24%.
Wouldn’t be Clontarf proper for a lot of people and backs onto the DART.
Must have been ZERO interest.
Spectacular FAIL on the part of the EA, IMO.

Yeh, it’s currently the “cheapest” 3 bed semi D in Clontarf.

Lovely quiet street Stayed with a friend here a few years ago got used to the trains. Close to town and more importantly I agree with previous pinster Harry Byrnes great pub, has the best pint of Guinness in Nth Dublin BD
