I viewed this house - its beautifully refurbished. The second bedroom is very small which is a big downside and the garden is small but other than that this is a really nice house.

I reckon that the asking price of €725k for this house really shows that all the other houses in the area are asking for way too much. Will be interesting to see if other vendors in the area will follow this example.

I know for a fact these types were selling 1m+ at the peak. So its tracking a 30% drop in Market.
