26 Whitebeam Avenue, Clonskeagh, D14 (-145k, -18.2%)

Was 795k:

irishpropertywatch.com/viewS … &Site=daft

Now down to €715k:

myhome.ie/residential/brochu … -14/343840

Still €795k at property.ie

property.ie/property-for-sal … 114/print/

Viewed a couple around there, great area. Houses I viewed needed work, looks like this one does too.

Now down to €695k:

myhome.ie/residential/brochu … 14/1247477

Now Sale Agreed:

myhome.ie/residential/brochu … 14/1247477

It Vill be back.

Few houses that went sale agreed just after christmas that i thought would fall through have completed, still a few punters out there pushing things through. This one went for 600k+, seems an awful lot of money for a house that needs a fair bit of work.

Looks like this one is back on the market:

myhome.ie/residential/brochu … 14/1247477

A new MyHome listing for this:myhome.ie/1423335

The above link is dead, but the link on Daft is still live:
daft.ie/553114

However, myhome are often faster than Daft in keeping their site up to date so I still have to wonder whether this particular sale actually fell through. Still might have, with EA temporarily withdrawing it from sites in order to “relaunch” (they think we’ve got goldfish memories, don’t they) but then why not make sure it’s been scratched from Daft, too.

It’s here on myhome: myhome.ie/1423435

now reduced to €650k:

myhome.ie/residential/brochu … 14/1423435

Fixer uppers here were £100k in the early 90s. We have lost objectivity because we flew so high, so quick.

Has now disappeared off my home and appears as sold on the Lisney website:
