Definitely 455k to 375k (-80k, -17.6%), can’t find any link for 330k.

When I first looked at this property it was at €425, others are obviously better informed on this. Spoke to EA about this house on Friday and she confirmed sale agreed last week at €330.
Interesting to see these now coming down closer to the €300k mark.
Its a nice spot. Personally though I think the properties on Mount Prospect Grove (around the corner from 28 Mount Prospect Drive) that overlook the green area would be a better buy - less passing traffic (a one way traffic system on that road around the green area), not overlooked from the front, nice green area in front, etc. Mount Prospect Drive also has a serious on street parking issue due to the lack of driveways, and it tends to suffer from a lot of traffic heading up through to the car parks/ football fields in St Annes Park.
