Down to 480. Viewed it. Nice big rooms and in a handy cul-de-sac.
It may be a decent size, but you could probably rebuild and decorate it for 180k, so I can’t see how the site is worth 300k.
Your right. The house did need a general refurb in every room, a new kitchen and a new bathroom.
