Just dropped 2.75m → 2.45m

Photo #20 is a doozy

That house is huge! I’m not sure if I like the style or not (i do and I don’t). Either way, it is impressive. There are renovated period properties in the area going for cheaper (albeit with smaller footprints).

11 Mt Merrion Avenue - very nice

37 Mt Merrion Avenue - also very nice but not a fan of kitchen on the hall level

93 Booterstown Avenue

This sold last year and never showed up on the price register:
myhome.ie/residential/brochu … in/3076352

Maybe it has been obfuscated.

For some weird reason, I think it could have been accidentally listed as this:
propertypriceregister.ie/we … 3B0036105D

May just have not hit the register yet for a multitude of reasons. Do you think it was sale agreed for around €2.125 or what makes you think that it has been mixed up with the Thornfield apartment?

Still love that curved glass wall at the back.

I thought that it appeared mistakenly as 1 Woodlands Park for 2.5m ?

Sold €2.5m
