Those showroom pictures would want to be very misrepresentative for that to be the case.

I’ve seen these. The finish is quite flash and on the plus side the orientation is good and the back of the house is really bright. Cabinteely village is a nice place too.

On the downside its really a two bed with converted attic space, all space is well used already so no possibility ever of any extension or adaptation, dark and small kitchen/dining to the front.

So its more like a starter home but I would think that there are some for whom the trendy layout with multiple bathrooms will be attractive.
