I went to see this property some weeks ago. It is currently rented out and did not look very cared for. The agent said he has an offer of 340k on it.

IMO €330k is a big price for a rental estate.
Orby would be predominately owner-occupier.
The only rentals I do in The Gallops are the classic accidental landlords who decided to buy a new house without selling their old one.
I know several landlords with properties in Orby
What I liked about the property was that it is well located with views of the mountains, I remember other couples at the viewing were also admiring the view.
Considering that 14 Orby Way which is a terraced house went for 292, an asking of 330k doesn’t seem too bad for a semi-detached house.
