334 Clontarf Road, Clontarf -275k(17%)

The blurb says
“Originally valued at €2,300,000 Now quoting €1,600,000”
I can’t find a link for the 2.3M price and it may be a fictional “peak price”.
Here’s an IT link for the 1.6M price possibly the launch price.

good spot

Nice place, gardens a bad shape and its way way too expensive. Clontarf prices have not wanted to fall at all but the good thing about a recession and our current economy is that “the market can remain irrational longer than the vendor can remain solvent” especially if there are existing borrowings on another property.

Quote is a slight misuse in regards to its original context but then so is the pricing on this property.

1.225M.
