No. 30 (similar spec apartment?, but ground floor) has dropped from 565k to 485k
And this 2-bed went sale agreed when asking for 535k
Always worth referencing this thread when BPH comes up:
The last 2-bed tracked there sold at an asking of €249,000 sometime earlier this year, albeit not a ground floor.
€200,000 clearing would = €248 per sq. ft.
Lived in this complex since it was relatively new.Went to see my bank manager last year & was asked how much rent I was paying & what I thought of the place.
I said that I regreted the fact that although the rooms are spacious & I liked the location, ultimately the finish left a lot to be desired & noise insulation was poor - a lost opportunity to create really good apartments in Dublin.
Turned out that the bank manager owned 3 of the apartments.
sold for €233.5K. Good jump on the 2011 asking of €215K.
