Nice refurb

No extractor above the cooker (easy to fix). And very close to the road (slightly harder to fix). No 25 went for 1.1 mil last November.

I like it, other than the lack of parking.

Looks good. Not a fan of the wardrobes, or the fact that the middle reception room is kind of land-locked with no natural light and must surely be rather dark if either the other reception room’s or kitchen’s doors are closed, and obviously pitch black of both were closed.

Agree it’s a nice refurb. Love the railings out front and the old style tiles in the bathroom. Agree with socodu, wardrobes look like the Tardis.

It’s refreshing to see a refurb that’s tastefully done.
The BER of C1 would have required a fair chunk of change in itself.
Would it have cost €200k in total ?

Can anyone dig out the old brochure ?
