right enough bedroom 1 is literally as wide as the hall. but you have family room and a living room. perhaps one of them could be turned into a bedroom.

Saw 36 Leinster Square on an open day and agent said 730k had been offered. Now sale agreed as noted. 33 Leinster sold over a year ago and is now being renovated. These houses are a little over 2000 square feet. Market is finally looking realistic as prices back to almost 10 years ago.
