We went sale agreed at €845,000, highest other bid was €780,000
After spending a grand on the survey, the vendor changed their mind.

You’d need to spend 15-20% of the purchase price on outstanding issues/upgrades as a minimum

Nice looking house, but needs money spent. Limited actual space to improve & think no off street parking?
Think you will be glad you escaped it given the cliff edge we are probably facing with rising interest rates and a world wide recession. If you are still looking currently my advice is to wait. Prices will drop a lot
