There seem to be a lot of similar 3 bedroom properties in the area selling for less than €300k. Why not buy one of those and spend the €75k on it and do it up to your specifications? Unless you’re the vendor for this property?
I think you’re right, does seem a little pricey for a place without a proper bathroom or ensuite
