interesting house. Good size, garden in the right direction, over valued still however IMO. Location a good bit out of my ideal area also. But it does look like it’d be worth a look see
Any of the expert eye’s on here have a view on the condition of the house or it’s current value

lovely house in very good location and fair condition - rear quiet green space, nearby park plus a genuine few mins to Luas and Dundrum TC - BUT only three bedroomed, unless converted, perhaps limiting potential family market.
