id say they are reducing it to make you look at it and then firing the price up just when youve decided you want it. Personally once ive seen it down to 300k there is no way im payin more than 300 for it! wasnt the only pub in Killiney burnt to the ground yesterday? Should knock at least another 40% of all properties in the area.
