I enquired with the agent the other day and they claimed they’ve already received bids of €1.3m for the property! Not sure what rental value it would get in this market?

It’s beautiful. Stilll a lot of downside for such a luxury property in this part of town.

How dare you suggest that an EA might not tell the truth!!! Don’t see a link to this property. It is twice the price achieved in 1998, this seems a lot. Was there a major renovation since then?
