The brochure is incoherent. 2 million bucks and somebody can’t be arsed - or is incapable - of putting together a glorified classified. For some reason, this bugs the holy bejaysus out of me. Not sure why, probably something about the unprofessional, make-it-up-as-you-go-along, pick-a-number-out-of-your-arse, see-you-in-Roly’s image I conjure of the EA. I’ll bet s/he drives a BWM.
Former premises of National Safety Council according to google.
It has permission for two 2000 square foot mews houses
They were looking for 6 million for the whole thing at one stage!
Ah those were the days my friend…
we thought they’d never end

I think we can conclude that somebody’s pension will be taking a hit.
Indeed, price in 2008 was €2m for the site + €4m for the building = €6m total
So the state is taking the hit.
No wonder the place is being so poorly marketed.
Funny it was an individual’s name on the planning application for the mews houses.
I guess it’s ALL our pensions taking a hit on this one then.
The REA says the house is sale agreed, the sites have been seperated and will be sold seperately.
