I’ve never been a fan of this estate & Kew Park, they’re a one way in, one way out estate off the N4. Addressed as Lucan but right on the cusp of Celbridge. No amenities/shops in walking distance & one bus stop outside the estate. The price drop doesn’t surprise me
Totally agree, real no mans land. You could get a nice house in Lucan village for that money
