but from driving past pretty regularly, I think this one started at over €1m and has been on the market at least 3 years - and still overpriced (given 2 recent sale agreeds a few yards down the road asking the low 500s).
There are a number of houses popping up this week that I had forgotten about. More sale agreeds but more chunky price drops too.
The latest round of price drops may scupper some of those sale agreeds

Viewed this last year - quite small, higgledy-piggledy rooms, at a junction w/ parking for next door’s vet’s practice immediately to the right of photo.
The horrible exterior is nothing compared to the horrible interior. Really pokey inside and needs lot’s of work to the bits that don’t have to be knocked down.
