At €1.1m it equates to €655 sq/ft.
Has not been at that level for quite some time.
Although for a non-1st time buyer it equates to €714 sq/ft following stamp duty.
Not as tempting after you factor in the ‘true’ cost.
What would be a reasonable price per sq/ft?
