for 2.8 million i’d prefer something that wasn’t just off the swords road and isn’t really within walking distance of either swords or malahide.
and when the estuary road floods or freezes the swords road becomes the only available malahide - swords link, so that place becomes a car park in the evenings, can take almost an hour to get from one end to the other.
