I viewed no. 171, which appears to be a private sale. It has an east facing back yard which got little sunlight and there appeared to moss growing on the roof of the kitchen extension. It had been cleared out and looked to be ready for unfurnished letting.
I agree that no. 44 looks much more attractive but I would say they all have a bit to go yet.
