Um no that’s a HUGE increase of about 30%! Photos look quite outdated. Has essentially been for sale for years, why?

Plus v large field at end of that road which is zoned for development. And that street is right behind the motorway so v noisy; far better choice/value around area IMO. So are all sellers just reading the newspapers, selling stories about the big rise in Dublin area and jacking up prices like crazy again?!! :unamused:
