No 13 now sale agreed according to board outside house. Still on myhome though (myhome.ie/1021109).

Last asking price 725k

I agree. Its soooo much money for a very ordinary house which probably needs a bit of work to bring it up to a ‘normal’ standard

change of EA but no change in asking from Feb 2012… It is obviously the choice of EA rather than the asking which is preventing this one selling.

Saw this today. It’s besides a laneway but great potential to convert the garage and make it a nice big house. The laneway puts my OH off but at the right price (weeeeeell under 695) it can be a great house. Nice area too beside the russian embassy.

Just sold for 650k

Always very sought after around here and houses don’t come up too much. Garden orientation and lane would put many off which I think explains why this one hung around for a while. Certainly no bargain but it doesn’t seem the worst either.

I’d guess the lane gets very little traffic now. I was held up here by 10 or 11 years olds when I was the same age. One of them had an iron bar :exclamation:

I think his accomplices were as scared of him as we were, one of them searched me but pretended not to find the 50p I had in my pocket. Different times 30 odd years ago.
