According to property bee
1800 square feet - 469 per sq foot.
No sign of a BER though.
Numbers 3 and 5a also for sale (and dropping in price)
Suggestions in their threads that this is more Ballybrack than Killiney

Getting to be an interesting cul de sac this…
No 5 still at 800K myhome.ie/residential/brochu … ney/112247
No 3 at 895K myhome.ie/residential/brochu … oad/122541
No 5a (new build 3 bed) at 900K (with 2 agents) myhome.ie/residential/brochu … lin/111444
And then … Enter no. 12 at 630K myhome.ie/residential/brochu … lin/187879 (5-bed 179m sq). (Bet they’re popular with the neighbours!!)
myhome.ie/residential/brochu … lin/125104
[What are they smoking?]
This is really nearer to Ballybrack (sp) than Killiney
I don’t know but I want some of it!
myhome.ie/residential/brochu … lin/205800
now €545.
Will anything in this little estate ever sell? 3 of them on the market for what seems like an eternity, dropping in price again and again - with the new build still asking €900K LOL
a little too close to Ballybrack for comfort maybe…
No 1 has been on sale for 3 months at least but not shown up on myhome till now.
This is a lovely little estate in my opinion. I do think your mates would never allow you say you live in Killiney though - it’s ballybrack as far as I am concerned. Still we thought about offering 300k for number 12, but I was worried it may turn out to be too much !
and the EA couldn’t possible take such a derisory offer to his client?
Now 450k
myhome.ie/residential/brochu … lin/187879
Total drop of 180k or 28.57%
