That’s a ridiculous bubblicious price.
A house on Shrewsbury Rd (off Quinn’s Rd) sold asking that a while ago, and it was a good deal nicer with a big garden and plenty of room to extend. Funny I remember viewing one of this exact model in Corbawn in late 2004 and it was asking €450K. That would be closer to the mark now, and possibly a little overpriced too - so much for prices returning to 2000 levels, eh!
