Now 379,950

Only 3 photos, no square footage given, no BER given :frowning:

Price is still €469,950 on daft.

I’d call that Goatstown myself. Any other house I’ve seen for sale on that road is calling it Goatstown too.

A number of houses have come up around there, all listed above 400k, and tend to sell quite well.

Still 469,950 on myhome

Proof that it temporarily went to 379,950

Asking 459,950 these days.

If the asking price has changed from 380 to 460 (regardless that it was originally 460) can the heading on this thread change to " +90K + 20%" ?

why??? :unamused:

surely, -10k would be the correct heading if it’s accuracy your after

Thread title updated.

anyone seen this?
Pictures are terrible, but seems like a nice enough area.

It’s a nice area. Very respectable, but not full of it. Public transport isn’t great, you’ve one bus route with a 20/30 minute interval, and you’re just a little bit too far from the Luas (15 minutes) to make it a very handy option. There’s a local shop and post office, the wine shop/off licence is sadly closed down.

I’ve been in one or two houses along there, both in original state and heavily modified but not been to view this one. 460 plus a sizeable refurb budget puts it out of my reach.
