[A TERRACED Victorian house on Bray’s seafront needs total refurbishment but is priced accordingly, says Sherry FitzGerald which has knocked €90,000 off the price – it’s now €595,000. A five-bedroom house, number *6 Marine Terrace * (https://www.irishtimes.com/newspaper/property/2009/0521/1224247024270.html ), has a fine bay-windowed bedroom overlooking the sea in a total floor area of 211sq m (2,275sq ft). There are two interconnecting reception rooms on the ground floor, one of which has patio doors to the front patio garden.
Was 685k based on that mention, now 1 year later [*450k * (https://www.myhome.ie/residential/brochure/6-marine-terrace-bray-co-wicklow/219224 )
Drop of 235k or -34%.
Sign said sale agreed up until recently but now back on. Also got a mention in one of Don Morgan’s House Buyer articles last year in the Times . I can only guess from this piece that Don never bought in Bray.
